From 1st January 2012, the rate of VAT is changing from the current rate of 21% to 23%, but we’re working hard to minimise any increase in price for our customers.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?
The price you see on the item is the price you will pay for it. There won’t be any hidden or extra costs applied at the checkout.

WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING IN MY BASKET?
If you don’t go to the checkout straight away, items will stay in your basket for four hours. It’s unlikely that the price of an item will change once you’ve added it to your basket but, if there are any changes, these will update when you go to the checkout.

WHAT IF I RETURN SOMETHING AFTER IT CHANGES PRICE?
Whether an item has gone up or down in price, we will refund you the price that you originally paid if you return an item to us. Please see our Returns Policy for more info about returns.

Yes! We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your email will have a link to the courier and your tracking number. You can also track your items by clicking here to check the status of your order and to view up to date tracking.

Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add help@schuh.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you about your order!

If you’ve already received your dispatch update email, you can click on the link to the courier website to see up-to-the minute tracking.

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, or for help with tracking your order, please get in touch with us by email or by phone, quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

You can have your Schuh.ie order delivered to any address in Ireland for only €5 no matter how many pairs you buy. You can also have your order delivered to any branch of Schuh completely FREE no matter how much you spend. Please print off & take your confirmation email and the credit/debit card used when collecting your order from a shop. Your order will be delivered to any address within 2-5 days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We use a secure courier service to make sure your shoes reach you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence.

We’ll email you updates to let you know when the item is dispatched and, if you’re having your order delivered to one of our stores, we’ll send you a text or email when it arrives.

*Our free Standard delivery is available on orders of €20 and over that are delivered within Ireland. There is a delivery charge of €5 for orders under €20.

Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to specify an exact delivery time for our other delivery services. However, we’ll keep you updated via SMS text messages and emails to let you know when your order is out for delivery. We use various different couriers depending on which is best for your delivery area. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be with either UPS, City Air Express or An Post. All of our couriers offer a swift and secure ‘signed-for’ delivery service, and we’ll send you delivery updates by email and SMS.

We can deliver to PO Box addresses in the ROI if there is a street name, and house/building number (if applicable). Please note that if the full address details aren’t completed, we will not be able to dispatch the item.

No problem! If it’s not been dispatched, we can amend or cancel the order for you. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order or contact us quoting your order number and the changes you’d like to make and we’ll try to fix it as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it. However, you can return the unused shoes to us for a full refund when you receive them. Check our returns policyfor all the info you need to return your shoes to us.

We stock LOTS of different brands and - just like clothing - they sometimes vary in their sizing. You can check our size conversion charts for guidance. If you receive the shoes and they're not an ideal fit, don't worry! You can return them unused to us and get your money back. Check out our returns page for info on how to return the shoes to us.

- 365 days –yep, a whole year! - to return unused, unsuitable items
- Return your shoes to a store or post them to us – whatever is more convenient for you!

Yes you can! Just print off and take your confirmation email, the credit/debit card used to pay for the order and your returns form as your proof of purchase. Providing the shoes are in their original packaging and in an unused condition, the store will be able to refund the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the order, or you can exchange the shoes for something else! Find your closest branch of Schuh or check out our returns policy if you need more info.

If you’ve returned something to us through the post, we will try to get in touch within 3 days of receiving it. This will usually be by email, so check to see if you’ve received an email from us. If you haven’t, check with the courier you used to make sure they’ve delivered the item. If the courier confirms that the item was delivered to us more than three days ago, email us, and we’ll check for more details for you.

Yep! Simply add your items to the basket, checkout and choose the ‘Redeem Gift Card’ button on the payment page. You can then specify how much you would like to redeem and enter the PIN number on the reverse of the Gift Card. If there is any outstanding balance, you can pay using your credit/debit card or PayPal. You can even redeem from more than one card if you want to pay for your entire order using more than one Gift Card. Click on the link to check your Gift Card balance.

Yep! We offer a student discount of 10% to students over the age of 18 off of full price items in all of our ROI high street stores on production of valid photographic student ID. We also offer the same student discount off of all full price items on our website. To apply for online Student Discount email us with ...
- a scan or photo of your student card
- the expiry date of your NUS/Matriculation card
We’ll then send you your student discount code. Enter your unique code at the checkout to get your 10% discount online off full price items.

If you’ve created an account with us, you should be able to log in by typing in your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten the password, use the password reminder link to get a reminder.

If you’ve placed an order with us before and you chose NOT to provide a password, then you haven’t created an account with us yet. Therefore, you won’t be able to check any details of orders that you’ve already placed with us on the website. To track your order, or to check details of any previous order, contact our Customer Service Team by email or by phone who will be happy to help.

Everything we have in stock is featured on our website. You can also check if the stock is in your local branch of Schuh by clicking on the ‘find instore’ link on the product page.

You can browse through our categories from the tabs at the top of the homepage, search through our choice of brands or just type what you are looking for in the search box in the top right hand corner. If you’re still unable to find the particular size or colour of shoe you’re after then, unfortunately, this will mean we don’t have it in stock. Don’t worry, all is not lost! Click on ’I can't find my size/colour’ on the product page. If the stock is coming back in, you can enter your email address and we’ll get in touch as soon as the stock is in, so you’ll be the first to know! If the style you’re looking for isn’t going to be restocked, the good news is we get new styles & brands all the time.
